Booth Spaces
Upon arriving to move in, our Holly Jolly staff will be available for assistance.  Please check in to receive your exhibitor packet with all information for the weekend.

Move In available on Thursday, November 16th from 8 am - 8 pm.  ALL booths must be set up and ready to go for opening of show on Friday, November 17th. 

Check In, Move In, & Set Up

Each booth will receive 4 name badges in the exhibitor package at check in.  The name tags must be worn throughout the entire show.  They will be collected on Saturday by the Holly Jolly staff. 

One booth receives 4 name badges.  Two or more booth spaces receives 6 name badges.  Additonal name badges are available for $5.00 each.

Name Tags
Exhibitors and volunteers are asked to park behind the Woodmen Community Center or in the overflow parking provided.  Please reserve all other parking areas for your customers attending the show.  All oversized vehicles/trailers must park in the over flow reserved parking.
Exhibitor must enter the buiding through the Exhibitor Entrance at the back of the Woodmen Community Center on show days.  The front entrance is reserved for customers.

After the show begins, all loading, restocking, etc should be done throught the exhibitor entrance.

The security of our exhibitors displays during the show is a key concern for us.  Security officers will be provided during the show to protect your merchandise.
